Is your online order form secure?
Yes, all transaction detail is encrypted for your
safety on the registration form (Register.txt) that
you email to us.
May I use other order options besides
online order?
Yes, you may send us a bank draft in New Zealand
dollars. Our address is on the registration form.
If I pay for the
program now, how long will it take before I receive
my license update?
Because of the time zone it may take up to 24 hours to
process your license update. Licensing is still a
manual operation as each update is unique and needs to
be built based on the registration details.
I have not received a license update.
Why?
Please make sure the registration form (Register.txt)
has been emailed to us and is not stuck in your mail
system. If you have not received your license update,
contact us to let us know of
the problem.
My computer crashed and now I get the
message "Electric Pipes is not licensed for this
computer". What can I do?
Please note the license update is designed to work
only on the computer that was registered. If you have
re-built your computer with the same OS and used the
same registered name and organization, the license
update should work fine. If you have changed any of
these details then install the evaluation copy and
send us the Register.txt file again. We will issue you
with a new license. You will not have to pay again.
I started Electric Pipes today and I
just get the message "Electric Pipes is not licensed
for this computer". It worked alright last time I
used it. It is still the same computer! What can I
do?
The most likely cause for this is that a Windows
Update has run, either manually or automatically and
the OS has been modified. This can often happen after
installing a major change like a Service Pack. It is
caused because the registered name and/or organization
of your computer has changed. Generally when you buy a
new computer the OS is pre-installed and this process
applies a generic name to your computer like "Microsoft".
When you install the service pack you get the
opportunity to enter a name or organization and you
change it from the original. This will invalidate your
license. You will need to download the latest
evaluation copy and install it on your system. You can
do this over the top of what you already have. There
is NO need to un-install your current copy of Electric
Pipes first. Once you have the program running you
need to register
your copy again. Run the "Help>Register Electric
Pipes" menu item, tick the "Upgrade only" program
option and send us the Register.txt file that is
created. We can then create a new license for you.
There is no charge for this.
I have lost
my license update. Can you resend it to me?
Yes, please send us
an email with your name and Electric Pipes 3.1 product
code information and we will resend your license
update to you.
I have just installed my license
update but now when I run the program there are
errors saying the sound file cannot be found and the
keyboard map file cannot be found. What do I do?
